What I found very funny was that the first headline reads "A headline is meant to do two vital things." Then following the headline are four paragraphs that start like this ... First,... Second,... Third,... So the headline reads two vital things and then you list three. I would suggest that the headline does four vital things.... the first three you mention - and the forth is to tell the truth. Just playing with you there b/c I found it fun to read and I got a chuckle from it.
