Totally relate to her question and understand your response, which is similar to my many years experience as a Public Affairs Officer.

Even though I've never written a White Paper as part of my official PAO function, the articles I've written for publication were not always by-lined; they simply had my office name and contact information.

We were making the client "look good." :-)
