		<description>This may be an old post but it came in handy as I sat down to prepare for an interview with a Subject Matter Expert. I wrote my outline first, then structured my set of questions around the outline. Next, I went back and 'sharpened' my questions to be more engaging. Of course, everything was recorded on my digital voice recorder so I can review details later.</description>
