Please provide a link to the 2009 InformationWeek.com study you cited as evidence, “White Papers: How to Maximize the Use of White Papers in Your B2B Marketing and Sales Process.” I’ve searched online and on Factiva, and nothing about that study comes up for me. Thanks in advance!
