Moderators
WhitePaperSource allows users to pose questions to Moderators who are experienced businesspeople and professionals. The advice that Moderators give to users is each Moderator's own and not that of WhitePaperSource. Each Moderator, consequently, is solely responsible for the information and opinions that he or she gives to users. A Moderator may have an interest in the products, services, or business entities that he or she recommends. Consequently, users should be aware that such interests may exist and may influence the advice given by a Moderator.
A Moderator may address legal, accounting, or other professional issues, but users should not treat the Moderator's response as legal, accounting, or professional advice. Qualified professionals who are fully aware of a user's particular circumstances can only properly give such advice.
Sponsors
WhitePaperSource has contractual arrangements with other companies, which offer information, products, services and online tools to WhitePaperSource members and customers. For purposes of these arrangements, a "WhitePaperSource customer" is a visitor who links to a Sponsor's Web site through the WhitePaperSource site. WhitePaperSource may receive agreed-upon payments from each Sponsor that enters into transactions with WhitePaperSource customers.
Linked Sites: The Sponsor sites to which WhitePaperSource provides links are operated by independent parties and are not under the control of WhitePaperSource. You should inform yourself of the policies adopted by each of the Sponsors for the operation of its site, including its policies concerning the use of any information you provide to a Sponsor.
No Warranty: The WhitePaperSource management team assesses the products and services offered by Sponsors and believes that these products and services are appropriate and valuable to WhitePaperSource customers. Independent Parties: WhitePaperSource and each of the Sponsors are independent parties. There is no agency, employee or partnership relationship of one to the other or among any of them, and they have no authority to bind another of the parties. Any reference describing WhitePaperSource and any Sponsor as "partners" is colloquial only and does not represent the legal relationship between them, which is one of independent contractors.
